Past athlete and fitness enthusiast with decades of experience, is a trained and certified specialist in strength and conditioning, personal training, and nutrition. Coach Grimaldi has been a performance coach for several years. He is passionate about inspiring student-athletes and adults to maximize their true potential and performance.
Coach Grimaldi had set out to make a difference in the community and make a positive impact using his knowledge and experience. Fitness has had a profound impact on him, especially in his younger years, and he credits his gym workouts as the single most important thing that kept him on the right path in life.

Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach with experience across boutique studios, large-group fitness, and high-performance club environments. Delivered individualized programs and one-on-one and small-group coaching tailored to each client’s goals. Known for building strong rapport, maintaining high coaching standards, and helping members stay engaged, consistently progressing. Previous coaching included leading group sessions while ensuring safety, making effective modifications, and providing energizing client experiences. Past personal training roles included working closely with clients to design customized programs to support sustainable fitness results. Brings a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people train smarter and perform better.

Will went to Mount Saint Charles academy where he played lacrosse and hockey before moving on to play junior hockey for the Providence capitals, he went Norwich university where he played lacrosse for a year and ultimately chose to transfer to Framingham state university for a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and then for his Masters degree of exercise and sports science from Merrimack College , during that time he was a graduate assistant strength coach for the northern cyclones hockey academy assisting with programing for each team as well dealing with nutrition education.
